What A Year!

This past year (our 7th!) was our most successful yet - we moved to a new location in the Norwood schools, added a bass teacher, and were able to serve more kids than ever! At our end of year performance party, our students showed off their skills as soloists and chamber musicians to an appreciative crowd of family and friends. Some of the highlights:

Our high school quartet played Swan Lake - listen to a clip!

Our mighty bass trio brought the house down with “Scotland’s Burning”!

Our 8th graders closed the show with 7 Nation Army, by The White Stripes - here’s the big finish!

We are so proud of all our students, and everyone can’t wait to start up chamber groups again in the fall. In the meantime, several of them are continuing private lessons with us over the summer! We’re also planning a big expansion of our education program next fall, teaching more hours to reach even more students. We’re also beginning a series of educational performances in Title I elementary schools and at the Hamilton County Juvenile Court Center, sharing our message of empowerment and collaboration through chamber music.

We can’t do this work without your help - please take a moment to renew or begin your support!
